Support for selected applicants pursuing hands-on repair, maintenance, and skilled-trade education.

Up to one week of temporary placement assistance for eligible domestic-violence survivors while they connect with longer-term resources.

Romeo J. Toro founded the Toro Opportunity Foundation with a practical belief: people can change the direction of their lives when the right opportunity arrives at the right time.
Built in memory of friends lost too soon, the foundation brings together opioid-use recovery support, career training, temporary stabilization, employment help, and transportation to turn difficult moments into forward motion.

Recovery-resource connections, grant cycles, vehicle nominations, job-placement support, and temporary placement assistance are subject to availability. Vehicle awards are planned monthly when a suitable donated vehicle is available.
